Mugshot Cardiff Closure & Gift Vouchers
Following the closure of Mugshot Cardiff, all Cardiff gift vouchers remain valid and can still be used at Mugshot Bristol.
There is currently no expiry date on Cardiff vouchers, to allow guests plenty of time to use them.
We have shared updates regarding the Cardiff closure through our website, FAQ page, social media, local press coverage, and by updating our Google listing.
As the Cardiff site closed in March 2026 and Cardiff vouchers remain valid for use in Bristol with no expiry, the discretionary refund window has now ended and we are no longer offering refunds for Cardiff gift vouchers under any circumstances.
